In the spin-off series Freak Island In Love Takahisa appears as a high school student alongside Mari and Kaoru who is now female. As you all know Mari is best girl and falls in love with MC takahisa who was disgusted at first but subcisionusly is falling in love with her. The series is gonna be on 15 volumes and up to a 120 and beyond chapters. Experienced showmen like Barnum knew that to draw in crowds the story behind the attraction was more important than the attraction or sideshow "freak" itself.

I enjoyed a lot of media which his considered bad or varies in its quality throughout its cycle, but this is just atrocious. Kaoru- The second eldest child and the muscle of the family. Thing's get better after mc leaves them in chapter 20. Is it worth reading? I really cannot tell you. Managers, Barnum included, likely exploited their performers, though some showmen like Tom Norman wholeheartedly denied this. Mariko Glaccias- The mother and estraged wife of Yoshikazu. She was a Vatican agent and later becomes a nun on the island.

Wow um, firstly the intial group ofuniversity kids are extremely unlikable. Spoilers here but one girl, Uehara, is obsessed with finding her senpai and the other two girls just complain all the time. The 'prez' is so cowardly and always belittles and complains about the other two girls, so pretty unlikable too and the mc has a crush on Uehara and basically tries to do everything for her whilst she goes on and on about her senpai. His only goal is to save her when she obviously doesn't even give the mc a second thought?? Shouldn't you be more focused on, i don't know, your own well being? Ugh, I just hate how the characters are written to be so unlikable that you literally have no one to root for when reading. The concept is great (kinda cliche but that's fine), I just wish the characters were more decent human beings. I'll be writing my thoughts as I read along, rather than everything right at the end, since it's still ongoing. The MC was Takahisa a guy who had unrequlited feelings for uehara who was in love with Higashima sempei. That all changes when they go on the island and crazy stuff happens. We also meet Ami Murata the pig girl who Kaoru has fallen in love with due to her reminding of Zanta Maria.Also Hanakuro and Archbishop Maxlimilan also fights the family for their own agendas.By 1887, the show was called Barnum & Bailey's Greatest Show On Earth. They gave fame to people like Chang and Eng Bunker, the original Siamese twins, General Tom Thumb, a distant relative of Barnum's who stood at just three feet when fully grown, Annie Jones the Bearded Lady, William Henry Johnson or Zip the Pinhead, and many others. The Showmen And Their "Freaks" Like the story orginally focused on the university group but then later chapters focus on the family now.Also it got popular in japan enough to get two spin offs one is a prequel called Zoumotsujima aka Offal Island which has alice meets the family and Alice herself shows up in the main series later.The Other spin-off is Koisuru Kihcikujima aka Freak Island in Love which is a romantic comedy parody of the original series with Kaoru and Satoru as girls and most likely Ami Murata will appear as a boy. Anna- One of the twins and notable for having a normal face. She and Kanna were the third and fourth children, wearing owl masks and serving their mother. The story starts out like any Slasher film does: bunch of teens get stranded in the killer's territory and when they realize what's going on, it's already too late. Nothing original, but fine. Can work with that.
