While I highly rate the DeltiQ 2 as a quality printer, it's not suited to everyone. You need to have some knowledge of 3D printing and the Slicer software you opt to use. This is not a failing of the system, more that it enables you to fine-tune the machine and the prints to your style of use. One thing you needn't worry about is noise, which is a potential problem with open-frame 3D printers. As I type this, the Mini Delta V2 is printing about three feet away and is audible but quite soft. My keystrokes are at least as loud as the printer. Occasionally, it emits some high-pitched beeping, but I haven't found this distracting. Still, if you can afford it, I recommend buying the Flsun Super Racer or V400 instead. The QQ-S has been out for a few years, and the newer models have better leveling and solid build quality. Though, for the price, the QQ-S is still great value. The result is high-quality ceramic parts with a smooth surface finish, and surprisingly high dimensional accuracy given how volatile clay can be. The fact that the build surface of Delta printers is in a circular shape is truly special and dedicated to them. This gives these types of printers a hefty advantage over some situations, especially when you have to make rounded, circular prints.

Very sturdy, due to the anchoring from the lower and side panels that keep the delta 3D printer stable, and printing accurate. Make sure that M119 does NOT show X_MIN or Y_MIN, if it does you must change them to -1 in Marlin/pins.h. Tall and large: this thing stands at not far from a meter tall! Therefore, if you’re looking for a compact, small 3D printer that can fit quietly and neatly on the side of a desktop, look elsewhere. The standard test of any good 3D printer, we printed a 3DBenchy with zero supports. The result was an almost perfect Benchy — barely any imperfections even in the overhangs to create the inside part. CS (D53) and CD (D49) are directly next to the ICSP port, slightly under the expansion shield, but the connectors still work fine if you push them in slightly angled.
