The Easy-PhotoPrint Editor mobile application requires an Internet connection and the Easy-PhotoPrint Editor app v1.1.0, available for free on the App Store and at Google Play. The control panel lives on top of the unit, so you can easily configure the printer while standing in front of it. This sits to the left of the scanner lid and has the standard two-line LCD display that all Canon’s MegaTank devices have. Enrolment in Auto-Ink Delivery is for your individual use, and not for resale, redistribution or to otherwise share with other parties. Its expandable output tray comes really handy when you don't know if the paper is going to exceed the tray or not. If it does, the machine will automatically extend the tray to keep the paper from falling down! Pros Where it doesn’t hold up is in the quality of copies. Colour copies, in particular, I found were severely washed out. This appears to be down to the built-in scanner, which has dropped in scan resolution over previous models, offering only 600 x 1,200ppi compared with 1,200 x 2,400ppi on the older G7050 and TS8350 models. Standard photo scans were okay but not as detailed as the scans produced on these older models. If scanning photos is more important to you than printing them, choose a different printer.

Specifications

A4 document print speed on plain paper is measured based on average of ESAT in Office Category Test of ISO/IEC 24734 standard. This wouldn't have been possible if the machine didn't hold those 6 individual inkpots inside it. These inkpots make sure that whatever you copy, comes out with the most accurate color variation it needs.
