First, cut two pieces of dowel rod to the desired length for the bat. This is usually about 36 inches long for an adult-sized bat. Glue the pieces together at a slight angle (between 15-20 degrees) to form the handle and barrel of the model bat. The reason I never mentioned the cutting machine?Well…That’s because, even though I set it up on my desk and plugged it in, I had never even TURNED IT ON!

Once cut out, I used masking tape to arrange them onto my door. Feel free to get creative and set them up however you would like!
