The oakmoss, fortunately, is still present and up & center here, surrounded by some ambergris, musk, and saffron. VERSATILITY: 9/10. Highly versatile, this fragrance can be worn most of the year, almost for any occasion. With all the scents it was always the case that I liked the top note extraordinarily well. Even with Supremacy. Fresh, little sweet pineapple which is accompanied by smoky woods. With this fragrance there is even an ashy note, which I never noticed with the other four fragrances. The fresh, unvoluminous fruit, together with the woods, has a summery masculine-elegant effect and unfortunately also smells of megalomania/illusionary power. But I could overlook that because of the top note. This is definitely my least favorite part of this fragrance, but that's like choosing a least favorite player on an all-star team.Performance is great, no questions there- it projects well and has good longevity. Go easy on this trigger, as this is a heavier and more dense scent and can be cloying if you over spray. Armaf Club De Nuit Intense Man (EDT) - This is the Aventus which may be the more smokey batch. which I don't have. There's that something added at the bottom end of this that is totally awesome. Its the fruity smell at a high quality.....even maybe a little brighter, but its got a hint of bottom end which makes it my favorite. This is, not by a mile, but my most favorite rendition of the Aventus fragrance. For me, its like my Aventus, except done slightly better. Its Aventus with some slight embellishment. Yeah, I know, but its just how I feel. I've gotten so many compliments with this stuff its unreal. This is my favorite fragrance. Even above Aventus right now. The price is stellar. Aventus and Afnan are also really potent EDP's and this is more like a Designer EDT strength, so it just reminds me more of that. It's easier to apply and wear. Aventus and Afnan can be a bit too potent at the EDP strength. Armaf, is more familiar in its strength and longevity. You probably have lots of designer EDT's that resemble this high quality, but not so strong you have to watch out. It lasts, and its high quality, its just not.......ridiculously so. Aventus can be like that, also Afnan. Touching on the topic of likeness, SNOI is way closer to Hacivat than Aventus. However, I can’t help to think SNOI is the closest to Cedrat Boise Intense, though.

I will be getting Al Dur Al Maknoon by Lattafa and Montblanc Explorer soon to compare them accordingly. Underneath: CDNI, Al Rasasi Zebra, L'Aventure, Insurrection pure 2 and many other fakes of the cheap category, but also Bond, Nero and the rider (in various versions...) personally. It must have turned into a hobby at some point. Maybe many recognize themselves in it! I feel like this is getting a lot of hype in fragcom, if you have other dupes of Aventus, this may be redundant.

This lasts long guys, at the end of my night I can still smell it on and off but because I got nose fatigue from it I was deceived by the performance It took five different fragrances for me to realize that Aventus and I would never become close friends. I got to know Aventus over a year ago. Over time, of course, I have learned a lot from testing. And that finally made it easier for me to understand why I don't like Aventus and Co. and why I'll never buy it again. Aventus would be a freshly carbonated lime soda with bubbles and freshness while Afnan would be a flat lime soda. The smell is there but the quality isn't as vibrant. If that makes any sense?! I'm trying to paint a picture lol. I got to know Creeds Aventus for the first time on the test strip. I was very convinced, but not in love. At some point, I tested him on my skin. After the beautiful fruity top note, it didn't unfold much (in my opinion at that time). At that time I blamed the natural fragrances.

I have been layering ASS with Demeter Pineapple which extends the pineapple vibe another half-hour or so. I never thought adding a drop of pineapple essential oil, but it sounds like something I should try. Regardless, I have something like a dozen Aventus clones in the Scent Armory yet I almost always reach for Aventus when I am in an Aventus mood. Some of the clones come close, but nothing has been able to duplicate that addictive burnt-pineapple and smokey-birch accords that makes Aventus magical.I got at least 3 hours of solid projection and half a day of longevity, so no complaints in that department from me. The durability is not particularly good, but beats the current batches of Aventus in my view definitely. I sampled Afnan Supremacy Silver (ASS) during September 2014 when there were not many quality Aventus Clones available, and judged it to be the most realistic Aventus clone that I had sampled to date. So I bought two bottles during November 2014 and over the years, and after buying/sampling an endless stream of Aventus Clones being released, my opinion really hasn't changed. While the pineapple and birch notes are certainly in this fragrance, just like all other clones I've tried this one can't match those gorgeous burnt-pineapple and smokey-birch accords found in King Aventus.

As a wearer of the Aventus for a long time (am a heavy decant consumer) this perfume makes me kinda mad. It's spot on with the fruitier batches of the Aventus!! I’ve tried many SMW clones and this is my favourite by a long shot. Although none were able to be 1:1 clones, this one came quite close. Afnan did an amazing job at replicating its essence. I’d say it’s 85% similar to Creed’s. Performance: This is no contest and a huge letdown by the CDNIM Parfum LE. When testing the two, one on each arm, I can't even small the Armaf because NOI projects so much stronger and completely overtakes it. The longevity also isn't even close. I could still faintly smell NOI after 13 hours AND a shower. The CDNIM LE is almost undetectable after 6 hours. The saddest part is, it's performance is worse than my 2021 batch of CDNIM edt. I did a separate test with the LE on one arm and the edt on the other, and the edt projects more and lasts longer.Flacon looks good. Nice closure and mirrored slightly transparent. spray head is also ok. At least the bottle doesn't look cheap.
