So by now, we are all in love with Aiden. He's honest, direct and possessive. So what does he find in her? She's indecisive, bratty and dumb. Yes, dumb! Her POV is very frustrating to listen to. She comes to the wrong conclusions and then blows things up so big. If that's not enough, she becomes stubborn and refuses to listen to Aiden's side of the story. After all, he's only the love of her life. Yes dumb!!! The first few chapters are annoying to listen to for this reason. With ear buds on, I would visualize strangling her with my hands till she smartened up. I personally don't like books with obvious misunderstandings. Yet another cliffhanger I didn't sign up for. I'd really love to get Aiden-Elsa's books but why does it have to be split into 3 different books, where do I get my funds from???? Especially with the new and pretty alternate covers. i still loved the characters and i reaaalllyyy can't wait to read Xander and Kim's book. their "relationship" is just full of mystery that i really wanna know why the hell Xander hates Kim!

Oh my heart has been pulled through an emotional grinder... I feared I had lost my soul to the dark magic that Rina Kent weaved- I was held spell bound until the very end... Every part of me was twisted into knots but alas, Aiden and Elsa’s beautifully cruel love story got one hell of an EPIC HEA!! She drops the light on the floor and crouches in front of me. Her little hands are dragging a heavy bag behind her, but I don’t focus on the sound or her bag. This book ended with a BANG! and it's like the story is engraved in my mind. The whole trilogy was filled with secrets, lies and deceit with so many twists and turns that I never saw coming. Oh, and the romance!! Is it weird if I want an Aiden in my life? The same Aiden, who is hell-bent on destroying my life because of a grudge in the past?

The main characters are in high school, but this is definitely an erotic romance. The heat level between Aiden and Elsa is off the charts, five flames out of five 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Like I said, Aiden is a sociopath and he is extremely dominant. There may be triggers for some people. The love scenes are incredibly steamy and there are times when he gets jealous and things start out in anger. Though both Aiden and Elsa can’t seem to resist each other. Some may think that the bullying went far at times, but honestly, I enjoyed it and it felt like Aiden did it for her own good, to make her strong (and also for his twisted mind.)
