About this deal

And I like it. Quite a lot actually. I had a few issues which I’ll get into and they kept the grade down a bit but I did enjoy it enough to get the next book in the series. Mia, our heroine, is a geeky data analyst who is quite happy working in the basement of the building so she can work alone without being bothered by her loud, somewhat questionable music. She’s brilliant at what she does and loves her job. It isn’t long before she comes to the attention of Thomas Goldstone, the billionaire owner of the company. To say Thomas is difficult to work with is an understatement. He has extremely high expectations of his staff and can be brutal when they aren’t attained. He can slay many of them with just a look, but when Mia meets him, she’s not cowed by him at all. Between this and the fact she proved to him how good she is at her job, he’s intrigued by her. She’s different than anyone he’s met before. She’s very quirky and she brings colour to his world. Saya pikir ceritanya ttg hero yg jahat tetapi kesepian. Dan datanglah wanita cantik yg kutubuku yg akhirnya menyelamatkan hidupnya.

The adrenaline shoots through my veins as the referee makes some initial greetings and announcements to get the crowd excited. He then barks out the only rule of this underground fight club. A week later, Knox was at a restaurant with his grandfather - the one who raised him after his parents' death in an air crash - receiving very bad news when Belle and her parents arrive and join them. And on my right in the red shorts, tipping the scales at two hundred and twelve pounds of pure pain-inflicting muscle... Knox ‘The Beast Prince’ Steele.” Knox🐺🍆🌋 is a big guy, well over six foot, weighing in at 212pounds in ripped💪👊 and toned fighting shape. In his little spare time, he's an incorrigible womanizer. He is alone. This is insta-love to such an extent it's almost jarring. They meet, they have one conversation, they're fking. And then once it starts there's no real issue, honestly. There's tension because, of course, there's a plot to take all of Thomas' success and Mia is used in it because "she's his weakness!!" but other than that it's just consistently happy smut times with really cringy writing. The climax of the book is a "misunderstanding" that just "scares" Mia and has no real weight on their relationship other than "omg the people think you're bad!! You're not bad!!!" and I just wanted off the wild ride of their weird relationship that had no actual chemistry or bond, just sex. When family grievances come to light, can Emma and Theo find a reason to make peace with nearly two centuries of familial unrest and distrust, or is it better to forgive and then completely forget?

I only have one complaint... the book just ends! I wanted just a little bit more of Emma and Theo and Indigo Pointe! An epilogue would have made this book absolutely perfect in my opinion. You know what they say... when something is good... you always want more! We're selfish like that... ;) Hehe. Isabelle Harrison never forgot Knox Steele. Shy and reserve, she keeps to herself. Isabelle never thought to cross paths with Knox after ten long years. Knox can’t believe the woman facing him at the party is Belle. And all the years melt away and desire comes rushing to the forefront. But Belle remembers how he left her heartbroken. After so long, can she trust Knox not to break her heart when they rekindle something more than a friendship? Her parents are doing the unthinkable and suing Aiden for a ridiculous amount of money (that they don’t need) and trying to blame him for an accident that he had nothing to do with. Lexa is disgusted by her parents and tries to convince them to drop their frivolous suit, but they are greedy, despicable people who won’t be swayed.

Not realizing how lonely he is, Knox does his best to forget Belle and prevent them from rejuvenating their deep bond. He continues to push her away with his anger and coldness. Hamza Abbas, the CEO of Alpha Rational, is a force of nature in the business world. As a Muslim billionaire, he navigates the treacherous waters of corporate politics with the skill and cunning of a seasoned warrior. But when he meets Beth, he realizes that there is more to life than just profit and power. Fireflies, garden gnomes, and dancing under the stars in this fairytale enemies-to-lovers sweet romance. ♥♥ Fall under the spell of Louisiana magic, enchanting characters, and fairy-tale endings in this Beauty & the Beast- inspired sweet contemporary novel. ♥♥
