The Red/Limited Edition of the perfume was announced in January 2017 by Teen Vogue and was released in February 2017. Projection and longevity on my skin is INSANELY POOR. Worse than an EDT. From initial spray 'Sweet Like Candy' is a skin scent: I sprayed like 20 times and people around my household didn't even notice. After 3 hours the scent is 100% G O N E, despite having a nice depth! It is really comforting and gives you a boost when you are feeling low and also fits your mood when you are happy. It is a great fragrance to wear to work. My main goal at the perfume shop today was to test and compare SLC & Ari, neither of which I have tested before. Sadly I dropped the paper strip right after leaving the shop! I had sprayed some on my arm, just not on a pulse point.

There are no reasons to complain about the longevity of the Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy perfume either. True, there’s a smell of cotton candy but there’s also the promise of something more. The scent isn’t linear at all. Still, this is a sweet and sexy fragrance. It is not only great for summer days, it is good for nights out as well. There is a really intense and delightful smelling whipped cream note that you will find enchanting. Sweet Like Candy would be the younger more innocent sister, while the limited edition would be the older more sultry sister. While the original is more subtle and closer the the skin, I personally find the limited edition to be a little bit more pronounced and not so subtle. I find the limited edition to be a little sweeter because of the red berries and the amber note.

The Sillage and longevity in Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy perfume are really good. Apart from that, you will find yourself intrigued by Ariana Grande’s cute bottle designs not just with this fragrance but with scents in her entire collection. The name doesn't make a ton of sense to me, as it doesn't really scream "candy"; this fragrance is more fresh & fruity sweet, rather than an almost-edible sweetness. On me the strongest and longest notes are the berries, which last throughout the fragrance's wear. The sugar water that I guess is meant to be pear and the bergamot is fairly developed too, which gives the fragrance some energy over the original Sweet Like Candy. Let go and bask in the sweetness of Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy. You will adore the fluffy marshmallow plus pretty whipped cream note. If you are particular about the image of your vanity, the bottle of this fragrance will look totally adorable on it. You will use it for a long time and never get fed up. I love Ariana Grande and all her fragrances and I adore the look of the bright red bottle and Pom Pom so I wanted to get it anyway so it's not a big deal to me that they aren't drastically different as I can appreciate the small tweaks that have been made. It is suitable for all skin types: You can spray it on your pulse points without any issue. It even makes a difference when used on your skin. Not only is it creamier, it is smoother, and smells softer.

It is one of the best fragrances under Ariana Grande’s line and it is really pleasant enough for you to wear on casual occasions especially when you simply do not want something that is too aggressive or serious in that sense.
