Woven into this rich chocolate is ground Gyokuro tea leaves, resulting in the heavier aroma of matcha and jade green color. This particular flavor is one of the speciality of the Japanese confectionery company, Kikyouya, hence the full name of this KitKat being "桔梗屋 桔梗信玄餅味" (Kikyouya Kikyoushingenmochi Aji).
