We think this is a great option for folks with dark skin because it goes on completely clear and doesn’t leave a white cast. While we love that it goes on without a trace, it does make it hard to see where you actually applied it, and if you missed any spots.
Are you into sunscreen agents? We have shiny explanations(along with product lists) about others as well: It's a new generation sunscreen agent that was specifically designed for high SPF and good UVA protectionand based on a 2007 study that compared 18 sunscreen agents available in the EU it really had the best SPF protection(they used the highest concentration allowed by EU regulations from each 18 sunscreens and Trinosorb S gave an SPF 20 all by itself). There is just one catch regarding glabridin and licorice: the amount of glabridin in commercial licorice extracts can vary a lot. We have seen extracts with only 4% glabridin as well as 40% glabridin. The latter one is a very-very expensive ingredient, so if you are after the depigmenting properties try to choose a product that boasts its high-quality licorice extract.
Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol, aka Tinosorb M, the good buddy of our current molecule Tinosorb S It is an oil-soluble, slightly yellowish powder that is not absorbed into the skin too much. This is good news for a sunscreen agent as it needs to be on the surface of the skin to do its job properly. Regarding Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine side effects, we have good news here as well: it has a great safety profile and unlike a couple of other chemical sunscreens, Trinosorb S (and M) does not showestrogenic activity. Besides the star ingredients mentioned by Kahi, the balm contains several other plant oils and shea butter. These make Kahi Wrinkle Bounce Multi Balm a very moisturising and nourishing balm, especially for dry skin. The glow that has won over fans, can also be attributed to these oils too.
The Kahi Seoul Eye Balm is a targeted balm for the eye area to help hydrate the skin and help manage wrinkles around the eyes specifically. The key ingredients include salmon collagen and salmon PDRN to increase the synthesis of collagen in the skin and restore the elasticity of the skin. The balm provides instant moisturization and provides a shiny glow. Compared to the Extin C Balm and Aqua Balm, I found the Eye Balm’s scent more artificially sweet. Even though all four products contain licorice extract, I smelled that ingredient most strongly on this product. The Eye Balm is more translucent than the others, like a lip balm. It applies smoothly on skin much like the Aqua Balm, but with a slightly oilier finish, perhaps due to the extra nourishing care it offers to sensitive under-eye skin. Ethylhexyl Triazone, aka Uvinul T 150, another new generation sunscreen agent with super-high UVB protection I struggle with acne scars and uneven skin tone so I’m always looking for a brightening product. Many that I’ve tried were harsh and drying, leading to flaky skin. I love that this balm is highly moisturizing and nourishing. In addition to seeing my acne scars fading, my skin felt smoother and healthier over time. Aqua Balm According to Kahi, Jeju origin oil is a combination of oils from schisandra, scion root and gardenia seed and tumeric that have undergone fermentation. Plant oils can moisturise their skin due to their emollient benefits; and can also confer antioxidant benefits to delay signs of ageing.

Mists are super easy to use, just hold the bottle about 6 inches away from your face and spray evenly. I tend to use mists a bit more in the winter when I’m feeling especially dry throughout the day. You can mist anytime for smoother, hydrated skin. There was a light scent but I liked it personally. I loved this mist. I haven’t used a mist in awhile, actually I think the Aqulabo Jelly Mist was the last one I used regularly. Mists seem to be something I forget I love. Similar to its exterior, the balm comes in a pale yellow color. It’s scented with a mild, slightly sweet smell. I wasn’t a fan of the chalky texture initially as it leaves some flakes and a white cast. However, once you gently blend it out with fingers, you’ll be good to go. Kahi Wrinkle Bounce Multi Balm felt like an overhyped K-beauty product for me. It did not improve any fine lines; and was too waxy and greasy on my skin. Reapplying a balm on your face could be problematic for users with acne prone skin as the product is occlusive and oily; and it involves smearing makeup residue over your skin.
