According to chapter 81 of Boruto Manga (chapter 1 of Boruto Two Blue Vortex), Shikamaru Nara is the new Hokage in town. In the very first panel, we can see Sarada arguing in the village leader’s room. And in the next panel, we can see Shikamaru donning the Hokage cloak outfit confirming that he is the new successor to Naruto. This means the Unnamed Seamstress would've been at least 11 or 12 during Konoha's founding. She'd have turned 75 by the time Minato Namikaze was appointed the Fourth Hokage by the Land of Fire's daimyo and been in her early nineties in the year Kakashi Hatake became the Sixth Hokage. As Naruto became the Hokage 96 years after Konoha's founding, the Unnamed Seamstress was likely over 100 years old while stitching his Hokage inaugural robes. This would make her the oldest living person in all of Konohagakure, having lived through each of its iterations since the Hidden Village was first founded.
