About this deal

Mmmh? I'm lost and wondered if anyone knows the answer on how to get the Canon to fire as well. I even tried to put the canon on the optical signal (that wave icon) but, it didn't go off either. Fully Support TTL Autoflash, 1/8000s High-Speed Sync, Multi Flash, Manual Flash, Flash Exposure Compensation, TCM Transform Function, Magnfication Function, One-Shoot & Multi- Shoot Setting, Group Modeling Lamp Control, Group Zooming, Adjusting All Groups' Output Value Simultaneously, etc The Einstein’ are triggered via PCB’s own receivers and Cybersync transmitter in my Canon full frame hotshoe. Also be sure to confirm that the transmitter has the group turned on that matches the group selected on the receiver. If your transmitter only has Group "A" enabled but the receiver is set to Group "B" or group "C", the flash will not be triggered. I use the 580exii flashes with the Godox X1 C (for canon) and they come in a set of Trigger and Receiver. Now I can mount a flash to my camera and trigger another off camera.Error #2: the Canon "radio" modes are for the Canon RT system that's built into the 600EX-RT. This is a completely separate and incompatible radio system from Godox's X system. Yes, they're both on 2.4 GHz, but so are wi-fi and bluetooth. They use two different communication protocols and do not speak to each other. If you want to use the built-in transceiver (and not have to add an additional receiver onto the foot of the 600EX-RT), you should have gone with the Canon, Jinbei, Phottix, or Yongnuo RT-compatible triggers, not Godox. Smart TCM Button: Long Press TCM Button can Transform the Flash Value in TTL Mode into the Power Output Value in M Mode; Short Press TCM Button Enables the Groups to be Switched Between the One-Group and Multi-Group Mode WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL: Use a combination of 5 groups and 32 channels to trigger an almost unlimited number of Godox and other compatible flashes. Easily control flash settings using the big and clear LCD panel that offers convenient access to settings and flash modes.

The X1R-C receiver is compatible with the Godox 2.4Ghz RF radio system. It should work with an X2T-C transmitter. From the Godox X2T-C Manual You could add an optical slave trigger to your 580EXII and it will fire when it sees the light from your Einsteins. You can do as tugwilson suggested and sell your 430EX II and 580EX II and replace them with Godox TT685 (there isn't a TT680) or V860II flash units but the cost will be significant.Looking at negative points, I’d say that while the documentation for the units is good, there is no explanation of what some of the features do, such as the Multi flash; a few good tutorials from Godox or explainers would go a long way. I’ll post some soon looking at some of the intricacies of the system. LCD DISPLAY: The Godox X1R Receiver comes equipped with a LCD display allowing you to see any changes you make, allowing for precise control even in low light situations. Simple switch on the side of the transmitter allowing the Focus Assist Light to be switched on and off when needed. Thank You very much for your reply, Do Godox have the same set with X2T Trigger and Receiver ? As i have read X2T is the newer version

BUILT IN 2.4G WIRELESS TRANSMITTER: The godox X1R receiver has a built in wireless 2.4G transmission system allowing you to use both a trigger and receiver with your branded flash. With a distance of 100m,you can position yourself conveniently from your flash allowing greater freedom when shooting. Bezdrátový radiový přijímač Godox X1R-C je určený pro originální blesky Canon (430EX II / 580EX II / 600EX-RT / 430EX III-RT / 600EX II RT) a blesky dalších výrobců podporující komunikaci E-TTL II. Přijímač je také možné připojit ke studiovému blesku pomocí synchronizačního kabelu (synchronizační kabel není součástí balní) a využít možnosti vysokorychlostní synchronizace s časy až do 1/8000s i se studiovými blesk (metoda HyperSync). If you put it on top of your camera, you could set off your 430EX. Or you could buy a Canon transmitter and put it on your camera, and then set off, wirelessly using optical science, unconnected, your 580EX and the 430EX, both at the same time. Přijímač X1R-C je možné synchronizovat s řídícími jednotkami Godox X1T-C nebo Godox Xpro. Ve spojení s těmito jednotkami nabídne plnou podporu TTL komunikace, vysokorychlostní synchronizaci (HSS až do 1/8000s), bezdrátové ovládání blesku (mód blesky, kompenzace expozice blesku, výkon blesku, zoom blesku, …). The customer can set RF ID. Operation: press the CH and GR button simultaneously and power it on to enter the RF ID setting interface. Short or long press the CH button to add the ID value while short or long press the GR button to decrease. Power off the flash trigger after 5s, and ID value can be set and saved. Then, power it on, and the ID value will affect RF reception.

It seems like getting the X1RC is the simplest method. Can you elaborate why I'd regret getting it? Canon's EX speedlights don't work well with most optical triggers. (the EX unit fires once and then won't fire again until its power is recycled) So my setup has the R2 on the hotshoe of my camera and I want to trigger both AD200 and 580exii. Can anyone tell me how to go about it? I also have 430exii, which I believe can be used as a slave. So will I be able to use all 3 flashes with R2

Once a clear channel was found, the operation of the units as direct TTL wireless off-camera flash couldn’t have been easier. Point the camera let the camera do the readings, and shoot. If the image looks too bright or dark, then a simple adjustment through the flash exposure compensation and the image is captured. Přijímač je plně kompatibilní s originálními blesky Canon (430EX II / 580EX II / 600EX-RT / 430EX III-RT / 600EX II RT) a s blesky dalších výrobců, které podporují E-TTL II komunikaci. When it comes to the types of flash that you can use, the X1 is extremely flexible. Any TTL flash that is compatible with your system will work directly, and you’ll retain all TTL features; likewise, if you have a simple manual flash, then pop it on, and you’re ready to shoot, all be it with the adjustments to power having to be made on the flash rather than through the trigger system. In this review, I’ll look at the Godox X1T-S and the Godox X1R-S. You could probably work it out, but the X1 is the model, the T is a transmitter, R is the receiver, and S is Sony. C, Canon, N, Nikon and other options are also available. Optical wireless uses light, or invisible light, to carry information from camera to flash to other flashes.
