The data protection declaration of GMK Ltd/Beretta is based on the terms used by the European legislator for the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data protection declaration should be legible and understandable for the general public, as well as our customers and business partners. To ensure this, we would like to first explain the terminology used. Processing is any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. If the data subject objects to GMK Ltd/Beretta to the processing for direct marketing purposes, GMK Ltd/Beretta will no longer process the personal data for these purposes. Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to withdraw his or her consent to processing of his or her personal data at any time. A social network may serve as a platform for the exchange of opinions and experiences, or enable the Internet community to provide personal or business-related information. The data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2) of the GDPR. The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
