About this deal

Thumb grips attach to the camera using the hotshoe and provide a more comfortable position to place your thumb and hold the camera. Using thumb grips is very much down to personal choice, but with the X100V and X100 series cameras being so small, it can be useful for photographers with larger hands. I eventually got a Nisi filter that fits my original Fujifilm lens cover. I genuinely like this filter because it’s an all-in-one piece with a clean, straightforward design. It also complements the sleek look of the new X100V.

But, it does provide a little bit of bump resistance to your lens by acting as a strong and durable barrier. A soft shutter release button is a simple but effective accessory that can both personalise your X100 camera and provide a comfortable shooting experience. Li-ion battery NP-W126S, USB cable (type A to C), Lens cap, Hot shoe cover, Metal strap clip, Clip attaching tool, Protective cover, Shoulder strap, Owner,s manual The Domke 700-52A F-5XB Shoulder Bag is a stylish camera bag with a waxed exterior finish featuring five compartments for carrying your Fujifilm X100V and accessories. With internal dimensions of 11.4×25.4×8.4cm centimetres it’s compact and lightweight, with more than enough room to carry a small camera kit.

Accessories

The TCL-X100 II is the latest version of this lens and, with the X100F ( see review) and X100V, the camera automatically recognises it and adjusts for aberration. The previous version of the teleconverter required a menu change to activate the corrections. The EF-20 is a fairly large flash, but it allows you to tilt the head to fill a room by bouncing the light off the ceiling. It also has a fairly slow recycle time but takes AA batteries. You can choose the type of AA batteries that are more suitable for speed lights. Gordy’s– Horizontal / Vertical / Sling– Gordy straps have a homemade kind of feel to them that is a little more bushcraft feeling, they’re cool and durable, and reliable. I used a Gordy’s wrist strap for years. The Fujifilm X100V is the first X100 camera to be weather-resistant, elevating its use as a travel and street photography gem!

There are quite a few cases for the Fujifilm X100V, some leather and some synthetic. Then there is genuine leather which can be really good or really bad depending on the brand, since “genuine leather” can almost mean anything. If you’re just getting into the Fujifilm system, especially the X100V, you will definitely need an extra battery.

Another change: the ISO dial doesn’t require you to constantly apply upward pressure while you rotate it. Secondly, like the more recent Fujifilm cameras, you can switch out the mechanical ISO dial for the front dial and flip through all the different ISO values without taking your eye off the viewfinder. The UR-232R2 Wired Shutter Release Cable Remote Control for Fujifilm is a standard cable release featuring autofocus, single shooting, continuous shooting and bulb shooting functions. The UR-232R2 is a third-party equivalent of the Fujifilm RR-100. It feels a little like the case uses a slightly cheaper genuine leather but I’ve never had any durability problems with Gariz cases over the years. Tap and Dye– Camera Straps and Wrist Straps– All the Tap & Dye accessories are great. I love how simple their straps are and the quality is excellent. There are a few different styles with different types of leather. They don’t use genuine leather so it’s a little stiff when it’s new but will loosen up over time. These are just great straps period. There are a lot of thumb grips out there, but most are not designed specifically for the X100V. Sometimes they work fine, sometimes they don’t. But did you know you can buy thumb grips designed specifically for this camera?

There are so many different brands of wrist straps that are great, but here are some of the best straps for the Fujifilm X100V. And yes, you can just use your shirt, and I do this a lot, but still, you get in situations where the shirt doesn’t cut it, or if you live in a hot and humid climate, your shirt will just create a mess. Regardless of the camera model or brand you’re using, I always recommend that you buy at least one spare battery and have it charged and always ready. The touch screen of the X100V is still perfectly responsive with the protector on; I can't tell any difference at all. For me, this strap is a great choice as it’s stealthy, strong and very comfortable to wear all day long.
