I now have enough information to know why and when and how to exercise duality and to do that in a healthy way that’s not self-destructive for me and other people. I always intellectually and emotionally knew the concept of duality was stupid and no one should have to go through that, but I also logically understood that in certain situations duality was unavoidable.
