Is the extra cost worth it? I’d argue yes as it adds more characters for kids to play with and accessories to role-play even more adventures. More play options are always a good thing. If a toy can give a child the chance to create their own stories, it’s always going to be a winner. The Heeler siblings come with the set as 2-inch-scale figures, but Mum and Dad are sold separately. Kids can also dance with Bluey and Bingo by placing their feet onto square pegs on the dance floor, then pushing the green lever to make them spin.

As Bluey is a puppy, expect an abundance of energy and curiosity as she explores the world around her. I love that the Playhouse has a few lights and sounds including a clip of the Bluey theme song. The playhouse folds up and the accessories can go inside to make storage easy. The Bluey Ultimate Lights & Sound Playhouse is big but not too big measuring at 17” Tall and 30” Wide(when unfolded). The playhouse does a great job of showcasing 3 floors and 7 different rooms while providing the perfect amount of accessories to play in each room.
