Trust your body. Listen to it. Oftentimes trauma lives within our bodies and shows up before our brain recognizes it’s deeply affecting us. We never feel ready to begin the difficult work. It’s really, really hard to remember bad memories. But, we are always stronger than we give ourselves credit for.
