Join us for an evening of feasting on the farm as we take you on a journey from field to fork. First you’ll be welcomed to our family farm and given a personal tour to see where and how our animals are born and raised. You’ll then meet one of our skilled butchery team who will show you how we get the best cuts from our Gloucester old spot pork.All the while talented local chef Jack Greenall from Smoke and Thyme will be preparing a delicious meal with some of the cuts just demonstrated in the butchery. Finally you'll take a seat alongside our other guests at our banqueting tables and prepare to dig in to a pork based menu specially created for the event using meat from our pigs born and raised here on the farm. Full details of the menu will remain a secret until you take your seat but we can assure you it will all be delicious. Your ticket includes entry to the farm and all food. Drinks can be purchased on the night at an additional cost and we’ll have a range of locally sourced soft drinks, beers, ciders and wines on offer. The Farm shop and Butchery will be open on the night should you feel inspired to make a purchase. There is plenty of parking on site free of charge Tickets : £35 per headThis event is open 12 years + Menu will be pork based and so unfortunately we cannot cater for vegans or vegetarians on this occasion.
