Anecdotal evidence is great, but when you reference things about ADHD symptoms as facts, you probably ought to include more information on that. Chapters are split into Rox providing a dull anecdote, and some advice which is "I rely on Rich", followed by Rich providing the exact same anecdote and advice only worded slightly differently. Instead of scrolling through your social media news feed, this is a much better way to spend your spare time in my opinion.

Behaviour is a choice but symptoms can't be helped and shaming people (or internalising shame) for ADHD related struggles only makes everyone's life harder.
