I tried a sample of this, I've revisited multiple times and every time I put it on I am repulsed, on clothes and skin.

Hints of rose are overpowered by the vanilla which dries down to a, like others suggested, sugary skin scent. I picture a bowl of vanilla custard with sugar crystals sprinkled atop and silky rose petals for garnish. I assumed this was a masculine cologne-like scent but I’m seeing the notes are so different from what I smell… I guess this doesn’t work so well with my chemistry. The opening and middle of this fragrance was easily top 2 of the bunch, but that cedar in the dry down kills it for me! It is not nuanced or subtle, but darn it there is something straight out delicious about this sugary rose.

The little clip device that keeps the sprayer from engaging could be considerably more functional and less cumbersome if you just got rid of that fussy little pendant/tag. Gender : This is more feminine but I am no one to tell you what to wear, if you are a man and you like it, go ahead. The lemon note adds a lovely freshness to the rose and vanilla, making it suitable for spring as well as colder months. after 2hrs: I still smell it on me, it smells sweeter and sugary but it's not a very addictive scent. It’s not mentioned in the notes but I smelled something like rhubarb or whatever it just really reminds me of like an arabian perfume.

You will get several pleasant whiffs of it through the day and people within 2-3 feet of you will be able to smell you for a while. If you want to compare these to Initio's Atomic Rose TT has a coffee note and Atomic Rose is not so sweet, it's most unisex of these all and sometimes when I smell Atomic Rose I feel like it's Oud For Greatness added with rose. On me, the musk doesn't give off an "animalic" scent, as some say, so I advise testing before purchasing to avoid any surprises, as musk doesn't work well for everyone. Because of other reviews I thought Roses Vanille was going to be some beast-mode, jammy, confection, but what I get is more of an airy, sweet vanilla perfume that stays fairly linear. They are very complimentary, long-lasting, and my favorite note of rose with vanilla enchanted me as soon as I applied these perfumes on myself!Just the right amount of rose, just the right amount of vanilla, just the right amount of additional notes.
