I can't say anything about it smelling like Black Opium because I haven't smelled that one (surprisingly).

I don't get the apple note, though it does kind of "sparkle" in the opening, which makes it kind of remind of the OG Libre. Compared to "The One" - "The Only One" is more grounding and blended better with my chemistry, it is a lovely fragrance chord on the skin; (The One is an example of a perfume that uses the sweet/sour dynamic. Its so cuddly and soft :) It smells like coconut and vanilla icecream :) I love especially the opening. Roughly equivalent performance, but RCRC has a louder scent profile so it may seem like a stronger performer to some.

For my other young women out there, this feels like the kind of perfume those well-meaning drunk girls in club bathrooms would be doused in. On my skin it reminds me something from the childhood - it dries down to something my granddad had, at least my memory goes in that direction. All in all I like it but not what I was expecting based on other reviews, I was looking for another clubbing scent this one however ill reserve for dinners. I was looking forward to the coffee, violet and vanilla but they're overshadowed by fruits and florals.

This is what I wanted Love Don't be Shy to be-- that one is too linear and the marshmallow note is too sugary. It has commonly smelled profile to many others, and took me few days to recognize what it’s about since it’s well blended to my nose.It’s does resemble Black opium but I like this one quite a bit better ,maybe due to the violets and iris. The only one intense manages to combine airy juvenile sweetness of the coconut with alien wanna-be jasmine, which sounds amazing but in reality is too.

It has a drydown that makes me think of something in between monoi, Black Opium, Alien Goddess, and Bronze Goddess EDP (not eau fraiche). Edit: 5/22/23 Finally wearing this today and a bit earlier than I wanted to Because it is still spring. The floriental-gourmand composition plays on opposites: The violet blossom in contrast to the gourmand aroma of coffee gives character to the scent.
