The appearance of this third alter leads Marc's parents to send him to live at Putnam Psychiatric Hospital.The volume is set to conclude with issue 30 in December 2023 with the storyline "The Last Days of Moon Knight". Only a guy that really understands crazy can make this entertaining, and one of those best suited to make this fun and interesting is Warren Ellis (Transmetropolitan, Judge Dredd, The Authority, Hellblazer, and a breathtaking list of other stuff, mostly superhero stuff for. It is debated in different stories whether Spector has genuine DID due to childhood trauma or if his similar symptoms are the result of "brain damage" caused by his psychic connection to Khonshu, a connection compelling his personality to shift between the four major aspects of the moon god's multi-faceted nature ("the traveler", "the pathfinder", "the embracer", and "the defender of those who travel at night").

This was a good title for someone like me, who (obviously) has no real prior knowledge of the character. The Avengers, a team that relies on cooperation with the US government and the United Nations, learn Moon Knight gained help in invading the consulate by showing his credentials as an Avengers reservist and implying he was on an official mission.

There were some stories which could be good but they ended too early before they could make any impact on reader. He uses moon themed weapons and vehicles, he dresses in a white with a cloak, he has a moon on his costume, and he is tied to an Egyptian God. What I got was just a couple of single-issue one-shots that were OKAY or just AVERAGE with a brief mention of the four aspects of BEING Moon Knight. The Moon Knight identity is more of a lethal lunatic version of Batman, more akin to the Christopher Nolan Batman than the Batman of the comics.

The Disney+ series has smartly pulled a ton of design elements from this series like the look of Khonshu and the character of Mr.While I wouldn’t have been oppossed to more character work for Moon Knight, this really didn’t need to be anything more than 6 fun, one-off stories with some spiffy and pretty-looking art. Certain items can take longer to source than the estimated week, particularly during busy trading periods and may take longer to arrive at our warehouse. Marc believes he meets and befriends a boy named Steven Grant, not realizing he himself is acting as Steven at times. While fighting the lethal vigilante Stained-Glass Scarlet, Moon Knight is seriously injured and then falls into New York's East River from the top of the Brooklyn Bridge. What happens next is 6 different self contained stories; some are straight forward, while others are pretty bizarre and trippy.

David Pepose’s take on the Fist of Khonshu, which seeks to merge the comic version of Moon Knight with the Disney Plus version of Moon Knight, brings Marc’s conflict with his brother to a close with a power upgrade (that we may or may not ever see again), an end to Jackal Knight’s revenge quest, and a generally happy ending.When a young runaway is attacked by a gang of death cultists, he is left barely alive outside the Midnight Mission. Sadly, there wasn't too much back-and-forth between any personalities - pity, because that was always the most hilarious thing about the show and it gave Moon Knight more depth. In most of his stories, Moon Knight has no supernatural abilities beyond occasional visions of mystic insight. Don Perlin also commented on the creation of the character, "We were told we needed a costumed character in the book. I have no idea if the upcoming Moon Knight show will take anything from this (trailers leave me doubting), but the pure *cool* that Ellis and Shalvie distill here would be an amazing sidebar to the main attraction.
