The art in this book is fantastic and it's a fun adventure story that builds on the characters and situations of the previous book by Justin. But nowhere on the cover (front and back), nor inside this book are potential first time readers alerted that this is the second volume in a series until the back of the book! Miles Morales is informed of this by Trinity, who was a villain in the previous book but had a change of heart in this one. B. Cebulski is doing such an awful job that the overall quality of work coming from the House of Ideas is severely lacking. The Stranger plans to freeze people in a state of unexplained hibernation and then turn half the population against the other half.I choose to read this book because Into the Spider-Verse 2 is coming out soon and I wanted to get into the mood to seeing the film.
