She was only three years old and the author did an excellent job in creating her character and making her talk and act like her age. The advantage in any arena of life is earned far in advance of the moment one is required to perform.

At twenty-eight, Hannah MacFarlane's career is on course to smash the glass ceiling and beat it into submission. It really makes you think about how you think and the impact that really little things has on your life. In this selection of more than 80 poems from Singapore and around the world, poets look afresh at things mundane and universal, from birth to growing up and first love to old age and death. She loves baked beans and chocolate (but not together) and building ramshackle bookcases for her far-too-big collection of picture books. uk/landing-page/orion/orion-company-information/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Orion Publishing Group Limited. The author said that she hopes the novel, titled Scripted, will inspire readers to take on a journey of self-discovery, say what they want to say and create boundaries in their lives. Successful people are never compared to others, in fact they compete with themselves, they make a comparison with their own potential. After yet again encountering Liam, Joel comes to the realization that he and Dan really weren't meant to be and ends things. For one thing, the second MC, Liam, doesn't really get in the story until after half of it is over and, for another, the MC that is in the story, Joel, is involved with someone else - Dan - for most of it. It's a thoughtful look at how the big events in life threaten to drown us, but it's those little things which cause all the problems. The break with Joel and Liam should of added a little drama, but by then I really wasn't interested any more. The Little Things celebrates the joy and comfort to be found in life’s simple moments, whether it’s spitting cherry pips or bubbly baths on rainy nights. The author has a conversational tone that probably reflects his speaking style (as he is a well-known inspirational speaker).
