I’d have loved to see the Pip cards illustrated with more storytelling images even if that involved including the same characters in multiple scenes. Ren / Lena, as I read your post I was thinking “why not just take the favorite from each deck” and then you wrote it! In other words, these cards tell the story of humanity's spiritual evolution into enlightenment and individuation. She makes the choice and then the scene cuts to Jareth watching her, then when it cuts back to her, it seems that maybe several minutes have gone by, she interacts with Ludo, she turns her back on him and he disappears. Other art favs of mine are Wildwood Tarot; Hush/Arthur Rackham tarot; Afro-Goddess Tarot; Revelations tarot; the Moonology oracle deck; the Lightseer’s deck; Ferenc Pinter tarot; Everyday Witch tarot; and the Fantasy Cats oracle by Barbieri.
