About this deal

I found it interesting that in the first book Farrah had plans and goals while Blake seemed less sure about his future. I think i would have liked it more if it was longer and not so fast-paced, because wow things were going so fast. When King Henry of Portugal died, Philip II pressed his claim to the Portuguese throne and was recognised as Philip I of Portugal in 1581. years is a long time your different person you’ve changed grown Learned new things /think differently /dress/ new people in your life….

On the other hand, despite now nearing thirty, I found Blake a little immature and quite frustrating with his decisions concerning Farrah. She speaks from personal experience and knows Farrah needs her support and encouragement but must do what makes her happy. This place sees around two months of 24X7 sunlight, whereas during winters, the place sees around 30 consecutive days of total darkness. I felt the first one was a bit too juvenile for my taste so seeing Farrah and Blake as adults was immensely satisfying. For canoe tours in the far north, you can be on the water at one o’clock in the morning if you wish! She decides to take on her very first client as a freelance interior designer and who is her first client? But inside, he’s haunted – both by nightmares of a tragic loss and dreams of the girl he once betrayed. The midnight sun is a natural phenomenon that occurs during the summer in places south of the Antarctic Circle and north of the Arctic Circle – including Northern Norway. million spent on colonial defence by Britain merely enabled the nation "to furnish an agreeable variety of stations to our soldiers, and to indulge in the sentiment that the sun never sets on our Empire".

The long hours of daylight during the northern summer make this an ideal time for outdoor activities. Imagine how interesting (or confusing) it would be for tourists to keep a track of time, when even the locals there get confused with no sunset for straight 70 days! Both still have deep feelings yet, Farrah cannot move on from the previous hurt we learnt about in book one. We catch up with Farrah, now a successful interior designer, and Blake who is now a millionaire, and owner of a successful chain of sports bars.I loved seeing the original friend group from the first book, even though they were as dispersed as they were. Blake lowered his head and trailed his lips down her neck until he reached the pulse fluttering beneath her skin like a trapped butterfly. I still love Ana and I’m still going to read the rest of her books, I’m just not going to be able to reread this one.
