The beginning of this book was fun and made me laugh, and I didn't mind the fact that it was a prequel to The Longest Holiday but then the accident happened and boom, it got to be too much and boring. they both sob in each others arms, saying goodbye to Will, to their past, so they can get married and create happy future together. My name is Ali and I started this blog to share my love of books with the world, or at least the half dozen people who follow my posts. He told me he fell for me the moment I shouted at him from across the street when he almost ran me off my scooter. Normally you wouldn’t condone or approve of someone loving another woman’s man but just like life it’s just not that straight forward.

So why am I supposed to feel sorry for the girl because she is 'in love' with a man in a serious relationship is beyond me, its also beyond me why I should like her actively going after said man. The One We Fell In Love With was selected for the Zoella Book Club and Paige Toon's novels have been published across the world. The insta-love between Daisy and Will worked for me when I thought for sure I knew how it would go; I was absolutely sure that she would realize that he was a sneak douche and serial mistress-keeper. I found his character added spice to the story with his feisty personality, cheeky humour but actually being one of the nice guys.

Daisy knew she shouldn't go for Will because he had a girlfriend and she repeatedly told herself that, but she still continued on anyway. I have to admit I didn’t warm to Will at first, the guy Daisy falls hopelessly in love with, but as Daisy and he got chatting more I found him an OK character. The character of Daisy is a warm and loving character which I managed to warm to straight from the first chapter. I loved Luis, from his opening exchange with Daisy to the very end, I couldn’t wait for the scenes between him and Daisy. for me though there was a sad ending i may have cried a little, Daisy ended up with the right person.

Auf der anderen Seite aber passen alle Bücher irgendwie zusammen und die Hauptdarsteller in dem einen Buch sind Nebendarsteller im anderen. Overall a good book with decent potential, it just felt like the actual love stories didn’t dive deep enough for me to love this book. The story captured my imagination, I had never watched formula 1 before, reading this it made me feel like I was there on the track, hearing the roars of the engines, the electricity and anticipation on race day from those in the pits and the drives wanting to get pole position. finally she got to say goodbye to the man that held part of her heart now able to move on from the past with the man that owns her heart completely, the man she is going to spend the rest of her life with.Will is a sweetheart, and despite the sweet little romance between him and Daisy, I'd known from the start that my heart always goes for Luis. She disapproved of Holly (her best friend) having an affair with Simon (her boss) WHILE SHE DID THE SAME THING!

giving us a little snippet of what they have been up to, it’s like checking up on an old friend seeing where life has taken them.

Life is complicated, humans are complicated we make mistakes, we fall for people we shouldn’t, this draws you in to the characters lives.
