Vegtrug is manufactured from sustainably sourced cedar wood that is treated with a water-based preservative and includes plastic feet covers, making it suitable for growing edible produce outside in all seasons. We prefer using timber raised beds for vegetables as the wooden sides give a more natural look than plastic and are quicker and more cost effective than building raised beds from brick or block. Our products are designed to be static and we would not recommend adding castors to the existing product. VegTrug is easy to assemble from flat pack and is the perfect solution to growing your own in a limited space. Medium VegTrug raised bed planter has enough room to grow up to 30 salads and vegetables at any one time, providing an excellent space-saving growing solution for your garden.This watering kit has been manufactured with a large reservoir in the bottom of the classic VegTrug, the water is then drawn from the reservoir directly in the plant roots.
