About this deal

The best thing about this tablet is the excellent ergonomics. Most notably, there's a new VESA mount that can be combined with its adjustable stand (or indeed any VESA-compatible arm or stand) to give you extra flexibility in positioning. You can also customize the button on the pen along with changing the pressure settings. On-screen shortcuts like radial menus can also be set as per your liking. Accessories It is a very handy feature and really helps during making artwork. The touch ring has a toggle button at the center which toggles between various shortcuts. Connectivity – Wired and wireless In case you do not want to use the touch feature – there is a button on the side of the tablet which lets you turn off the touch sensitivity. Stylus – Wacom Pro Pen 2 Which frees up your USB ports and eliminates the possibility of losing the wireless receiver. Driver – tablet settings and customization

The way we as a society "worked through" on the job injuries was that the employer would let go of the injured (unproductive) worker and replace them with a new worker who wasn't injured yet. This allowed the project to continue, the bridge to be built, etc. The individual and his family was sacrificed for the advancement of the community. LIterally thousands of men were killed or injured getting our cities built before we had better technology. The Intuos Pro comes with a scratch-resistant textured surface. It gives a slight resistance to your pen while drawing which makes them feel more controlled. With paper edition, you get an extra pen a clip for clipping your paper and a small storage pouch. Design and Build Quality source: wacom.com There are two types of pen nibs that come with Intuos Pro. The first one is the standard tip which is smoother and has less friction and makes less noise while drawing. The other type is the “Felt Nib”– it has more resistance and a slightly more grippy feel on the surface. Pen StandYou can also set application-specific shortcuts in which the shortcut buttons automatically change depending on the application you are using. The Wacom Pro Pen 2’s stand stores additional nubs. The pen itself has two customizable buttons – flip it upside down and you can use it as an eraser. The tablet itself has rubber grip on the bottom to keep it in place, and its slim profile makes it easy to travel with or store away when space is limited. In use

These more advanced Wacom tablets also offer higher resolutions, greater levels of pressure sensitivity and Bluetooth as standard. In other words, they’re a better bet for more detailed and refined drawings, and thus a better fit for semi-pro artists and designers. Be aware, though, that they are more expensive, as well as being quite a bit heavier. This model also comes with four extra pen color rings and a texture sheet sample card. The Wacom Pro Pen 2 is comfortable to hold for long periods of time, and has impressive pressure sensitivityAlso consider the size and weight of the tablet, especially if you expect to travel with it. And note the resolution, which Wacom generally measures in lines per inch (lpi). In practical terms, you need about 1,000lpi to see your drawing in high definition. Included in the box: Pen stand, Extra pentips, Drivers, USB cable, Pro pen 2, Instruction booklet and the sample texture pad. Now some of you may say it depends on your budget and how much money you are willing to spend – which is right. One of the standout features for me is the intuitive Pro Pen 2 that's included. It feels like an extension of my hand and offers incredible accuracy and very little lag which I've found on cheaper tablets. Straight out of the box with the default settings, I found it to be slightly too sensitive but you can change everything from the tip feel to the tilt sensitivity and the pressure sensitivity which adds another layer of realism and makes using the pen feel very natural. Wacom Intuos Pro Medium: Performance

There are a lot of cheap devices in the market which try to match the Intuos pro in terms of numbers and specs list. The overall drawing experience is very comfortable with everything working as smooth as you would expect. Surface Texture The tablet uses a companion app called “ Inkspace”– which is available for Windows, Mac, IOS and Android. How does it work? source: wacom.comWith that said Wacom Intuos comes with the Pro Pen 2 which is Wacom’s most advanced stylus. It is arguably the best stylus in the market. The driver allows you to make some basic as well as advanced settings like changing from right hand to left-hand mode and properly calibrating the tablet to your monitor screen.

Also of note is that I observed no noticeable lag time between tablet and computer screen when it was connected via USB. The Bluetooth connection also seemed quite good, though I did notice a little bit of latency when using the paintbrush tool for extended periods of time. After you are done you can import your files from the tablet to the Inkspace app which allows you to save your files in JPG, PNG, SVG and PSD formats.

When choosing the best Wacom tablet for your specific needs, what should you looking for? Start with the number of levels of pressure sensitivity, which suggests how closely the drawing on screen will resemble your actual pen marks. The more, the better. If you're a beginner or casual drawer, you'll probably find the lower end of 2,048 perfectly fine, but if you're a pro or semi-pro you may prefer more more.
