I think this smells great in the cold weather but I will try it in the Spring and Summer as well just to see if it really is a Fall/Winter perfume. Very generic, smells just like 'oh Lola' and every other Marc Jacobs perfume (with the exception of Decadence perhaps).

I would characterize it as a watery red berry scent, but by no means is there anything that smells like natural berries here. The initial spray on my body is HIDEOUS - very chemical, artificial scent however after an hour I get a nice fruity scent that further dries to a light clean coconut with a hint of fruit.I would say white floral over the red berries for me although I cant place what the scent is exactly plus it is blended so this is probablu the idea. The scent isn’t something I’d usually go for, very fresh, floral, I don’t really get any fruity notes except for maybe melon but it’s still nice for every day. I get the lychee strongly, but also violets, and it is edible and sweet, but not in a candy way like pink sugar. These fragrances are often constructed in a different manner to the traditional French Model and are formulated in one single burst. I know a lot of people love it but after two minutes the smell is gone essentially, as though I have smelt a cloud or a ghost wearing perfume.

I have almost used up my first bottle (I have about one more wear and then it's gone), the one that traveled the world with me. I have always found dragonfruit to lack a bit in taste, so I cannot really detect that note in this perfume. There’s a hint of coconut in the middle notes you can catch, and it flows well with the fruit and flowers (does not overpower).It is a very generic fresh perfume, nothing special at all, similar to all MJ perfumes I tried to date.

As a side note, the placement of the "petals" on the sides of the spherical bottle made it quite awkward to hold and spray. The flacon is just adorable, but as nice a touch the little pearly plastic bugs are, mine broke off very quickly. It lasts a long time, carries well without being overbearing AND I have received a compliment every day that I have worn this.This may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I do believe that it is an amazing first perfume for high school girls and even if you just like a subtle berry perfume.
