L’aventure Al-Haramain’s dry down ABSOLUTELY has that vanilla-y creamy sweetness that Aventus has and actually does it BETTER! We've made a reservation by phone for the lunch of the 25th of december (Christmas lunch) that we had to cancel. Suprisingly however, that opening quickly transitions into a linear mid note scent which I'd describe as musky sweet and slightly woody with a touch of spice.

So there’s that, with a brilliant blend of confidence-inspiring masculinity to the whole accord that makes me feel like I wouldn’t mind at all having this become a signature scent for me. That would be my biggest complaint about armafs version, is that the bottle is pure black and you can never gage how much you have left. It immediately smelled 90% similar to another Armaf fragrances in my Scent Armory (don't know which one) just wish Fragrantica would add it to their databse. As I smelled it, I was BLOWN away with the scent it has developed into, I mean it’s 95% Creed Aventus!This is a tricky one to wear, just like Creed, it’s not really for everyday wear unless you work at a fancy car dealership 😂. Update 2: I finally got around to testing my sample of L'Aventure Blance that was included with my purchase. Once we have decided on the terroir, they look for vineyard plots which are worked as naturally as possible, because they believe that it is from these vineyards that wines with the greatest complexity, but above all the strongest personality, are produced.

I purchased L'Adventure about two or three weeks ago based on all the positive reviews I have seen and read. I realized after testing more the "sweet orange" that I don't care for is mostly only detectable right off skin, in the air this is fantastic! This is wear the fragrance gets 'tough' for me as I don't like projection monsters, it doesn't fit my personality. I get a lemon sorbet vibe in the opening, and then it transitions to an herbal, woody, musky drydown.Aventus is a far more refined and better constructed fragrance, but L'Adventure performs better for me. This is a winner for me for fruity freshness, forgetting about comparisons this is a good fragrance with moderate projection and stays on my skin for hours it will perform a lot brighter and longer if sprayed on clothing to. Updated 12/22: it's smell kinda of like Versace Eros in the air piney sweet instead of minty sweet weird but Im digging this now. The fragrance feels masculine, modern, playful, smokey, sporty, slightly sweet, versatile, woody, and somewhat pleasant. The time previous we found the food being cut corners on servings (ingredients) , and the last time earlier this month (July) found some of the portions a joke (we should have taken a photo of the cheese board) this was a couple of crackers (3) a very tiny small piece (corner) of brie, it has just gone downhill.

Club De Nuit Intense was also much more prominent on the birch and smokey nuances but always lacked on the vanilla sweet nuances Creed Aventus has that I am in love with. I think this fragrance does smell good and the quality is good as well, but no matter how good a scent smells if it doesn't last an hour it is simply useless in my opinion. The fruit is there in the background in the drydown but still overwhelmingly woody with strong patchouli. Well, CDNI has way more smoke, and if clones don’t have pineapple in the opening in my opinion, it’s not a true clone of CA.Under the “able guidance” of la patronne, it provides classic ‘cuisine bourgeoise’: “you always know what you are going to get as the menu never changes, but the food is always good”.
