Instant Essentials an exceptional entry-level air fryer, but while it's good, it's really just the basics. This model is intuitive enough to use without the instruction manual but we did discover from the instructions that you can select your cooking scale in Centigrade or Fahrenheit. You can air fry from 83ºC to 205ºC for up to an hour but temperatures for dehydrating go as low as 35ºC, with a maximum cooking time limit of 72 hours. They had a fluffy interior and crispy exterior, with evenly browned edges and consistent cooking throughout.
