I seen a video of this girl that did a home birth and she recommended this book for all new time moms or just anyone wanting to have a bit and slight ease of information during pregnancies. Siobhan’s advice and guidance will change your mindset and enable you to navigate your birth with practical tools that ensure you feel calm and in control throughout. I preferred the digital course as I find the book put a strong emphasis on the advantages of home birth, which I find awesome for some but you start feeling bad if it's just not for you.HYPNOBIRTHING will change your mindset towards birth, so that you'll be able navigate your birth - and any twists and turns - with confidence, armed with practical tools that ensure you feel calm and in control throughout.

This book has kind of a fancy/ weird title, but I think a better one (and I feel like the author would agree) would be: Just breathe! The book is such an easy read with lots of useful information about all aspects of birth and I think it should be recommended to pregnant women by any midwife or even the NHS. Someone I know recommended this book and I read it within a few days … I now have a totally different mindset and excited for birth.
