Founded in 1763, Hine Cognacs are highly regarded around the world for their quality and complexity – from the entry-level H By Hine to the prestige cuvée Talent. Hine owns 80 acres of vines in Grande Champagne that supply 20% of their Grande Champagne needs, allowing a strict control from field to bottle.
A tasting of our cognacs, exclusively from the region’s first two growths, the Grande and Petite Champagne, will conclude the journey to awaken your senses. Once a bottle has been engraved the cut glass is then infilled with a special decorative silver paste. This is a very natural product and is probably the only Amaretto available in the UK actually made with almonds. Hine Rare Cognac is classed as Fine Champagne which means the the eaux-de-vie used are all from the Grande or Petite Champagne areas, with at least 50% from the Grande Champagne. Appellation Fine Champagne Contrôlée VSOP - Blended eaux-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne grapes.Their base is to be found on the banks of the Charente in the town of Jarnac in the heart of the region. Founded more than 250 years ago, Hine creates the highest quality Cognacs, respecting the Maison's heritage and terroir. The palate is velvety smooth, thanks to its harmonious blend of 20 cognacs aged for a minimum of 4 years, from grapes grown in the Grande Champagne and the Petite Champagne, the 2 finest crus in the Cognac region.
We treat all personalised bottles individually, taking our time and experience to set out your message to create the most impactful bottle decoration possible.It has floral notes of jasmine, acacia, vanilla, oak and fruit on the nose while the delicate palate is mellow, smooth and very well-balanced. Our boxes are made of 100% recyclable cardboard and our protective honeycomb paper wrap keeps your package safe and significantly reduces our need for plastic. Each and every one of them is a liquid snapshot of a particular year, echoing the elaboration of fine wines and champagnes.
