Head distiller John O'Dowd created this gin to celebrate his son's Wedding day and welcome his daughter in law into the family using the oranges from her home town of Valencia. Our unique blend of 11 botanicals also includes Classic Juniper, Angelica Root and Cassia Bark to give you a spirit perfectly served over ice.

It has long been used as a medicinal plant, in particular the Victorian would candy the roots for use as an aphrodisiac. The botanical bill is pure classic London dry, much like Beefeater, Gordons, or Tanqueray, so that is much of what I expected in terms of flavor. They mention it's a delicious gin, a very nice vodka, and has a subtle citrus and black pepper flavour. The only defect I found with this in a gin and tonic, is that perhaps it was a bit too subdued flavorwise.
