Boë is named after Franz de la Boe, who accidentally created an early version of gin when making medicines.

They spent years honing their Boë gins, working to ensure a collection of gins that are distinctive and of a high calibre. These violets also create a beautiful, yet stylish gin that is full of bright colour and sweet aromas. Classic juniper and citrus led Scottish Gin with the addition of Violets for a strikingly good sweeter style gin.We aim to provide all beer with at least four week s left until the best before date, excluding Minicasks, which due to their fresh nature will arrive with at least a one week shelf life. Boë Scottish Gin is lovingly created in small batches under the watchful eye of their Master Distiller, where rare handpicked botanicals and spices are infused in the finest neutral grain spirit. Other non-essential cookies are used to track visits anonymously and collect information for making reports. Distilled in the village of Throsk, Scotland, the Master Distiller at Boë Gin focuses on using hand-picked botanicals to craft small batch gins with unique flavours. Boë Violet Gin has a traditional, juniper centric gin at its core, one that is slow distilled over a number of hours to ensure maximum Flavour extraction.
