The font is easy to read, and I loved the choice bolded words that are good for early readers who are beginning to read.The story itself is engaging and entertaining, with just the right amount of humor and heartwarming moments. Bluey politely asks the cheeky pelican to move, but he stubbornly refuses, making her think she’ll have to turn around.

I recently picked up the Bluey children's book about being at the beach for my 4-year-old daughter, and it has quickly become one of her favorites. It's a fun text for lower level children because they can also relate to Bluey and the other adventures she goes on with and without her family. It's a wonderful reminder to adults of the magic of childhood, and a great way to introduce kids to the joys of reading.
