So did Olynder become the Veiled Lady, a spectre burdened to feel all the miseries of the Mortal Realms and forced to haunt the ruins of Dolorum.

She is possessed of such misery that it projects from her in vast, deadly waves and those who fight her often loose hope and accept the grim inevitability of death – should they have the will to fight on, they are quickly obliterated by her magic, or merely torn apart by spectral attendants. On a 5+, that command is not received (it still counts as having been used) and the command point that was spent to issue that command is lost. Lady Olynder is the embodiment of sorrow, anguish and projects a feeling of desolation so potent that most lay down their weapons and only those with a strong will can even remain standing.
