About this deal

Helios EVO (Main Desktop) Intel Core™ i9-10900KF | 32GB DDR4-3000 | GIGABYTE Z590 AORUS ELITE | GeForce RTX 3060 Ti | NZXT H510 | EVGA G5 650W With my kit going from DDR4-3200 to DDR4-3400 it wasn't worth it with the looser timings I couldn't seem to trim down, but to my surprise (on the older BIOS) it did allow DDR4-3600 and that fit better with the scaled up timings I had to use anyway.

VCORE SOC Voltage set to v1.028 - Could not set to v1.025 as suggested as it seems my BIOS only has .022 and .028 options :( Corsair Vengeance LPX (2x16GB, CMK32GX4M2B3200C16 ver 4.32). The modules are correctly inserted in slots A2 / B2.I used the import feature from Thaiphoon because I noticed that even though I put in the correct specifications in all the main fields like rank, number of modules, frequency etc the timings still changed when I used the imported file in DRAM calculator. I left Samsung b-die instead of Samsung OEM, as you suggested, because that would give me invalid numbers. Then I heard about what you said about tRFC and I set the alternative setting (432) as well as the tWRRD (3). I also have a kit of 4.32 ram (different model, size, and dual rank) and found it didn't like tRC timings (and some lower tRFC) out of the box and were a bit problematic to get working. I needed to reconfigure ProcODT, RTT, and SOC to push over DDR4-3200 successfully. Ryzen 7 3700X Gigabyte X570 UD (bios F20b now) 2x8gb ddr4 Patriot Viper [xmp 2.0] (2133/3200) 16 18 18 36 and 64 < for XMP 3200Mhz. Generally I've had good results when enabling GearDown and disabling PowerDown with both my LPX and RGB kits and Zen+ and Zen2 CPU's. Keeping DRAM voltage near 1.35v seemed to be a sweet spot as using higher voltages didn't seem to have any improving effects for my RGB kit and keeping SOC between 1.0v and 1.1v.

VENGEANCE® LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz - CORSAIR

I know this is a slightly old post now but I came across it on google trying to find the same information. Want to start test out dram calculator but if thaiphoon burner is showing the wrong info I don't want to tinker with it yet, want to be sure what it really is. I am more interested in tightening the timings than augmenting frequencies, so my efforts will be centered on that.Perfect and I have one other I have no idea what is and that is Write Row-Column Delay. I always seem to find 5 settings over the years and only ever four are shown that I could find. Any idea what that would be for these? Returning the RAM-kit. The shop tested it and it worked fine for them. They claim they tested on a x570 board with a 3600X. If you get a good match that may be what you really have if there is any doubt. Keep in mind dram calculator is suggesting what you can use. The situation may very from system to system anyway. CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x Board: Asus PRIME X570-P Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2x8) DDR4-3000 Case: Fractal Design Define S I would also like to hear from other people who may have had the same issue and for which this solution solved this problem (setting the tRC to 56 instead of 54)

Somehow it BSOD again with SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (FLTMGR.sys), I have also had other BSOD's like IRQL_NOT_LESS etc. I have had this several times, but it seems to occur randomly, when not doing any other CPU / RAM intensive workloads or Idling (usually on my work calls!). Very Frustrating! If you're building a Ryzen machine, it might be a better idea to get CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16. I'd recommend just getting a 2x8 kit and running it in Dual Channel mode. Something is clearly not right here. I hope that a future BIOS update will resolve it. But as of now, this kit doesn't work correctly on x570 gigabyte boards. And it is on the QVL, so something is off. When I have XMP disabled everything works normally, but in windows system events I have "LiveKernelEvent 141". [this error usually means a hardware error/damage] I wonder if any of you have it in connection with the instability of the XMP profile, and not only...When using DRAM Calculator for Ryzen I also discovered their timings more closely matched the "Samsung OEM" profile so that may be the info that might really help you out the most if you use that utility. If your problem is you can't get your XMP kit to run at XMP frequency then start with JEDEC speeds first (2133 to 2666) with XMP DRAM voltage. I want to buy another 32GB, but I noticed there is a Ryzen optimized version now (CMW32GX4M2Z3200C16), with a bit different timings (?) I bought the second "CMW32GX4M2C3200C16", unfortunately it didn't want to work on 3200Mhz, or even lower ~2600Mhz.

Unfortunately, I too have faced these issues over the past few months. Since trying the settings from @RBurgundy's initial post, I have set all other values from tRC onwards to Auto. Intel 300 Series,Intel 400 Series,Intel 500 Series,Intel 600 Series,Intel 400 Series,Intel 500 Series,Intel 600 Series,Intel X299,AMD 300 Series,AMD 4 I tried what you described above, but unfortunately it did not help, my system just rebooted after testing with prime95, but there was no BSOD screen. Running stable on 10c with Win 10 v1909, overnight MemTest86 showed zero errors. Edited November 13, 2019 by RBurgundy Unfortunately Thaiphoon Burner has a read error here and reads Samsung B-Dies (Boltzmann, 20nm) but with B-dies timings I can't get the RAM modules to 3200 MHz.

This was stable up until this morning, despite several days of it working fine and 600% scope in MEMBench from DRAM Calculator 1.7.3 returning no errors!
