I bought over 20 and 2 would not work. however Solar Centre replaced them without question. Can't fault them. The DC electricity is then stored in a rechargeable battery inside the solar light, which can be used to power the light at night. When it gets dark, a sensor inside the light detects the absence of sunlight and turns the light on automatically. In the morning, when the sun rises, the sensor detects the presence of sunlight and turns the light off automatically, when it will start charging the battery again.

Bought 10 of these bad boys. Installed as part of driveway build. No issues with any of them (yet, touchwood). Very good construction and easy to fit. I would have preferred a little more light emission however adequate for the purpose intended Have installed lights.So far very pleased. We have just bought two more for the garden and when they arrived I was delighted to see the much improved design with screws under the rim instead of on top, that should make them really watertight. Some customers have reported issues with water leaking into the lights and causing them to malfunction As I am writing this review the delivery carrier just delivered my others pavers xD Everything looks good but I will see how these do at night.
I've set these in pea gravel (good drainage) alongside garden path, south facing, they are working well as expected. Would recommend this product, lights without wiring, very versatile.Charging at the moment. All are giving off a clean white light. Looking forward to planting them somewhere useful. I hope they work well in less sunny months. Amazing service, great paver lights, well worth the money, drive looks great with them in, work well, would recommend, both the service and product,
