Correctly named - it really is neroli in a clean, streamlined, straight-ahead guise which is absolutely all you need for a hot day when you need to smell great. I’m not adverse to the note of Neroli (one of my favourite fragrances is Xerjoff Nio), but the white florals in Bright Neroli are too much for me. Fragrance is very subjective, but I have to agree that I cannot wear this because it comes across way too feminine for my taste.

It honestly does not smell well blended at all, there is an overbearing and unpleasant aspect to the composition that is hard to describe, but makes it smell like a cheap bar of hand soap you might find in a motel. Neroli Portofino feels more sophisticated to me, but not so much so that I would take a pass on Bright Neroli. As the fragrance dries down, the vetiver and patchouli enter the blend to support the citrus notes that are starting to dissipate. The fragrance feels airy, delicate, fresh, simple, sour, sporty, refreshing, light, unisex, and pleasant. This one seems like it had a bit of thought behind it, and if you said it was designer I would believe you.A really enjoyable citrus and neroli fragrance that smells natural and organic in the dry down after the 'bright' uplifting citrus has faded, all the ingredients in this feel natural and not laboratory created. I got a few hours out of it so if you want a decent, but throwaway, affordable neroli this is perfect.

After the three enthusiastic summer 2018 comments from Scarletrose, Schoork and, as always, Fittleworth, I take the liberty with all due respect to pour a little water into the dessert wine. The Neroli is definitely the stat, with a citrus of a bitter orange and some woody bases keeping it easily masculine, while the Neroli makes it positively unisex. They mention that it's an excellent fragrance from an excellent seller, with a stunning masculine fruit scent. Elements of Tom Ford's Neroli Porofino and to slightly lesser extent Tom Ford's Mandarino Di Amalfi.After it settled I gave my husband no clues and asked the what he thought, and he perked up and said, "Good. It fades to a gentle floral citrus after an hour or so and hangs in there for maybe 4-6 hours as a light skin scent that is like a perfect summer day.
