I don't have critical bowel problems, so it's hard to justify buying this product on a regular basis at the price. My plan is just to take one sachet per week or per month depending on the need, so as to make the box last. I can also envisage the product being useful when traveling, as I tend not to drink much on long journeys, and then end up being prone to constipation for a few days after that.
