About this deal

WONKA — The Magical Adventure of a Young Chocolate Maker Comes Home on 4K, Blu-ray and DVD on February 27th! Amy is clearly the same person, but you actually FEEL the growth and can see the natural becoming of who she is in the end. Winona Ryder, Claire Danes, Kirsten Dunst and Trini Alvarado star in this 1990s update of the classic Civil War tale which follows the lives of sisters Meg (Alvarado), Jo (Ryder), Beth (Danes) and Amy (Dunst) who are left at home with their mother during the war. The film didn't recognise the warmth and humanity of the books and the engaging story lines were broken and completely spoiled.

Meg (Emma Watson) is feeling the somberness of raising a family and poor Beth (Eliza Scanlen) is ill once more. The four face heartbreak, sadness, love, and joy together in a world that's rapidly changing around them.I’m also film geekily hoping her and Greta Gerwig become a Scorsese/DeNiro type force for years to come.

A history that I somehow have never partaken despite it having six other feature films, many television renditions and stage production to its name. A New Generation Of Little Women (HD, 12:52) – Greta Gerwig, Amy Pascal and the cast all discuss the novel and its timeliness of being adapted now and the new looks and improvements of the characters for a society in today’s viewing audience. Amy has a chance encounter with Theodore (Timothee Chalamet), a childhood crush who proposed to Jo but was ultimately rejected. The family, with their father (Bob Odenkirk) away at war and mother (Laura Dern) trying to hold everything together in relative poverty, consists of Meg (Emma Watson), the thoughtful one, the pugnacious Amy (Florence Pugh) and the quiet one Beth (Eliza Scanlen).Portraying Jo, Meg, Amy, and Beth March, the film stars Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, Florence Pugh, Eliza Scanlen, with Timothée Chalamet as their neighbor Laurie, Laura Dern as Marmee, and Meryl Streep as Aunt March. I've read the book so many times and while any film adaptation will stray from a book, this one captures it's essence.

Here in this mix we do get a very impressive life-like feel to all the foley sounds in the film with such layer and depth. There's also a few nice additions about the mercenary marriage market which isn't explicitly talked about in the book but is there in sentiment. You can now experience Orchard House virtually via a 15-minute video tour with "Louisa May Alcott" herself, and a 20-minute up-close-and-personal tour of our rooms and artifacts.Greta Gerwig had this shot on film and it would have made sweet love in its natural 4K transfer to disc.
