I'll preface this by saying that I am not one of those bandwagon fragrance connoisseurs that downote because some Youtuber proclaimed a fragrance to be "too generic" or "boring". I where this less then the Profondo so by the time I get to using my back up this will be rare juice instead of fragrance that everyone is wearing, so im sad it’s going but im happy I found out . It reminds me of the initial batches of te EDT and I don't get the incense touch, while the freshness and DNA are exactly what I expected and even more to be honest. Everything from the shine and text on the bottom of the bottle to the atomiser from top to bottom says you have a quality product in your hand. I have both variants and I definitely liked the magnetic version more - it was more assertive and convincing - a true signature scent!

I wish it could have held onto the projection a little bit longer, but for an ADG I think it did well enough. For guys who are not into fragrances, but want to smell of a quality masculine perfume for a long time. I have an early 2020 batch with a magnetic cap and it smells amazing, when I go to Sephora to smell what's left of testers from recent batches it smells of more patchouli and has less incense notes. And to people getting annoyed, saying how it's the same thing just in a different bottle: Everyone is different, and there are plenty of people here (such as myself) who believe the fragrances clearly smell different.

When it dries down, it has some additional patchouli notes and some of those warmer spices, clearly has a deeper spiciness. Giorgio Armani introduces a light, distinguished eau de toilette inspired by the fresh sea, warm sun and the richness of the earth. Super versatile, every occasion, every season but it feels like it shines in spring days and summer nights when it cools down a bit (when it gets dark and it's not so hot anymore outside). Unfortunately, that feeling was fleeting as a few minutes later something switched and I had to wash it off me because it was making me sick.

To me it's such a classic bomb of a scent that had been around for awhile that I actually assumed that it would be. The incence/zesty/earthy qualities really mellow it down to something pleasant and surprisingly sophisticated. The performance is perfect (and I have a 2019 bottle), being strong but never overwhelming, leaving behind an elegant trail. There was a licorice note that I didn't pick out the first time but, for some reason, this spray smelled like straight Jägermeister. It opens with a bright splash of bergamot, but that dries down into a rosemary sage herbal heart, and a patchouli base.

The scent gets better as it matures, rounding into more of a spicy scent while keeping a slight aquatic note that is more bearable. Figured maybe I had just been wearing other scents that day and perhaps there was an olfactory conflict.

May fit the bill for who is just starting a frag collection, but if one has more than 10 bottles, there is probably already another fragrance doing the same job on the shelf.I am very pleased to have snagged one of the last unopened boxes out there and am hopeful that the new Parfum flanker is a similar or even better interpretation of this. I personally adore the opening of this and would rather have used the original formula for the Profumo in the new ADG Parfum.

And while I love both of those fragrances, I needed something a little more 'fun' for spring and summer.
