About this deal

I don’t usually read autobiographies but having been a fan of Craig since he first released music in 2000 I wanted to read this one.

It was a partial biography from Craig in that he briefly described how his career came to be, but this book focuses a lot on how he has had to learn to manage his own feelings when things don't always go to plan. On 30th September 2022, Craig released his eighth studio album, celebrating 22 years of his epic career! From the outside, nobody would know anything about Craig's struggles as I am sure he always comes across as a very upbeat and positive person, always wanting to please everyone which he freely admits to, but sometimes he has had to learn to say no, to protect himself from taking on too much.He started writing his own music, including instant mega-hit '7 days' and featured on Re-Rewind by Artful Dodger which made him a household name.

However, I was not so much into the self help sections of the book because it feels like he takes normal everyday feelings and blows them into a life changing epiphany. But I feel privileged now – after a lot of interesting twists and turns along the way – to share my journey with you. In 2008, still quite early on in his career, Craig released a Greatest Hits album, full of his best known hits as well a new song 'Where's Your Love' featuring Tinchy Stryder and Rita Ora. I looked at one of these videos and found myself, after seeing a fair number of comments, to be in a small majority who didn’t find this at all funny. No matter how much money you have and how much of a beautiful house you may have in such a beautiful place, you might still be unsettled and that's OK once you recognise it and accept that and deal with it.

Please Note: By their very nature, all signed books will have been handled several times before they get to you. This book is all about how he changed his way of thinking, sharing his journey of reinvention, self-love and acceptance and how he overcame his demons to make his way back to the 'good vibes'.

spans the whole of Craig's career from working with Artful Dodger on 'Re-Rewind', right up to the present day.It was really great reading the first 100 pages (or so) of the book, it brought back a lot of nostalgia of the noughties. In an attempt to not give too much away – because I recommend getting this book – I want to touch on some key moments he shared.
