But I hate this book I hate it so much because it was so misinformed and probably misinforming so many beginners. Genauso war der Schreibstil der Autorin für mich sehr schwer zu lesen und dadurch wurde das ganze etwas zäh. Die Autorin packt zwar einen kleinen Disclaimer rein und sagt, dass damit natürlich keine "Unschuldigen" gemeint sind. In jedem Kapitel beschreibt Jordanna Levin ihre eigenen Erfahrungen, Ergebnisse, Übungen und fasst am Ende noch einmal die wichtigsten Punkte zusammen. There are many things I learned from this book, for instance the difference between twin-flames vs soulmates and how romanticism and Hollywood changed the definition and how we view love.

Sicher bietet das Buch für den ein oder anderen interessante Ansätze, mir jedoch ist es einfach zu weit hergeholt und manche Dinge sind sehr widersprüchlich und einfach nichts, was man nicht schon weiß .Ich habe vor einer Weile mal ein Interview mit einem Psychiater gehört, der sich kritisch darüber äußerte, dass Probleme zu sehr "nach innen gekehrt" werden.

Beim Thema "selbst herbeigeführt" wäre ich übrigens ganz vorsichtig, denn da ist man mal ruck zuck dabei, Menschen für schlimme Situationen selbst verantwortlich zu machen: chronische Erkrankung und Gewalt in der Beziehung?
