About this deal

The trial of Frankie began on 29 March 1832. Evidence would now be considered circumstantial. The jury was undecided but after receiving instruction had a further meeting and found Frankie guilty. She was born Frances Stewart, the daughter of Isaiah and Barbara (née Howell) Stewart. The family moved to Burke County when Frankie was young, around 1820. They lived in the town of Kona near the home of Jacob Silver who had lost his wife Elizabeth in childbirth. His son Charlie Silver was a year older than Frankie. Charlie and Frankie married and initially seemed a good pair. On 3 November 1830 their first daughter, Nancy, was born. They lived in a wooden cabin on land gifted by Jacob Silver. I am a direct descendent- one of Nancy's through her daughter Margaret Alice Parker Thomas. Of course NO ONE will ever know what was said to provoke such a horrible deed that night- the 2 teen parents are dead and Nancy was only 1 year old, so thankfully no memories to haunt her dreams. That being said, I do have my version. My Great great great great grandfather (Charlie) was a typical horny teenage boy-- and a new dad--he sought adventure--loved Frankie but was overwhelmed by the new family and reacted poorly to the situation. My great great great great Grandmother (Frankie) was also overwhelmed by motherhood, being a wife, and lonely. She reacted poorly to a very emotional and volital situation. So very sad that 2 teens lost their lives and a baby lost her parents. But these 2 have left a great legacy of multiple granchildren and the Silver and Stuart/Stewart family lives on strong and robust in western NC. I am proud of my family heritage!

Baby then drives her hand into Charlie's torso, tearing the Ella ragdoll out her causing her to lose consciousness. After Charlie regained it, the two break into a fight. Charlie defeats Elizabeth by activating her father's suicide contraption. The blade impales them both, as well as the Ella doll that Charlie is holding against her chest. Charlie slides the doll over to Elizabeth before they both die. The real Charlotte Emily was the one murdered by William Afton, not Sammy. Henry, after finding out his daughter's death, sent him into an insane depression. He cried, bled and sweat so much into the ragdoll that used to belong to Charlie for months, which created the "spark of life", the doll became sentient. The ragdoll is powered by Henry's emotional energy, unintentionally due to him grieving so much into the doll. Henry then began to recreate Charlotte as a robot, recreating her stages of life (toddler, child, teen, adult). He based the robots on the ragdoll, which looked like Ella. He then also began creating false memories for her, using a camera tripod. The robot copies of Charlotte are powered by the Ella ragdoll, which gave the robots life. The robot copies of Charlotte Emily are unaware of the original Charlie’s death, assuming that the one murdered was Sammy. Charlie first appears in Chapter 1 in a flash-forward scene as she tries to hide from Foxy. To her misfortune, she stumbles over some wires and sees Foxy swing his hook at her. Even though it was first thought that Charlie being a robot was a plot twist, it was foreshadowed throughout The Silver Eyes and The Twisted Ones.Charlie chic from the house of Revlon Charlie was launched in the year 2009. It belongs to the floral fragrance family. It has very fresh, exotic and floral base notes of fruits, flowers, sandalwood, amber, spices and patchouli. The Silver Eyes | "She looked down, and her gaze fixed on something: three widely-spaced grooves in the ground. She knelt, thoughtful, and ran her finger over one of them. The gravel was scattered away, the marks worn heavily into the dirt. A camera tripod of some sort?" [6] In The Fourth Closet, it's ultimately revealed that she was the one murdered by William Afton instead of her brother Sammy, as she first believed. She is one of the four animatronic dolls built by Henry to recreate his late daughter after she was murdered.

It's theorized that Swain had two reasons for not granting a pardon. As a judge, he'd had a reputation for leniency. As governor, he wanted to create a new image. Wayne Silver believes that Swain, being from the Asheville area, knew that the Silver clan, while not possessing great wealth, owned a lot of land and were not without influence. If Swain thought the Silver family wanted Frankie to hang, she would. In a letter dated July 9, 1833, Swain appears to try to remove himself from responsibility for Frankie's execution by telling W.C. Bevins that his letter appealing for a pardon did not arrive in time. The Bevins letter is clearly dated and Swain had it in plenty of time. Charlie’s car is said to be an old blue Honda, given to her by Aunt Jen. In the graphic novel the car appears to be an early 80’s Honda civic 4door.Frankie was arrested again seven days later in Henderson County walking behind her father's wagon heading for Tennessee. When taken, she was dressed in men's clothes, and her hair been cut short. Her father and uncle were jailed as accessories to her escape. Despite her sweetness and kind personality, Charlie is independent/self-sufficient, as she doesn't get captured by William; that may tell the reader she can fight for herself. As seen in the book, she is the one who "killed" William in the Spring Bonnie Suit (as it was thought). She also finds it hard to trust people. It was probably Frankie's behavior after the killing as much as the killing itself that sent her to the gallows. Clearly, she was frightened. She was a woman in a male-dominated society and she'd just killed her husband. Justifiable homicide did not enter into her thinking. There was only one thing to do. She had to make it appear as if Charlie had never come home. Charlie is very similar to Michael Afton, the protagonist of the game series, in aspects of character and motivation.
