The promoter of this competition is Norseland Ltd (trading under their Ilchester® brand), Somerton Road, Ilchester, BA22 8JL (the Promotor).All foods are fine within the context of a balanced diet, but this is a good way to get more volume of food for your calories! If you're not avoiding dairy, many 'normal' advent calendars in the seasonal aisle are free from gluten-containing ingredients anyway.

Such details include: a clear photograph of the Gold Ticket, the Winner’s name, date of birth, address and phone number, and the unique 10-digit code.
