The unit itself and all of the accessories feel really well built, more solid than my previous Karcher K5. I was very impressed by just how many accessories are included for the money. I doubt I'll use most of them, but it's always handy to have them just in case. I'll probably go for a wall mounted reel anyway. Does anyone know if the Ava hoses are as good as the often recommended replacement ones from Qwashers or directhoses?
It is night and day better than the Karcher hose, but I still feel like I'm fighting with it all the time. I was hoping that the loops in the hose would just 'fall out' with a pull, but they don't.While overall water-blasting ability is important for cutting through tough dirt, a concentrated jet from a powerful machine can easily damage bodywork and exterior components of a car. So while we expected a decent punch, a big wattage figure alone wasn’t going to win this test. How we tested them This AVA pressure washer will be covered by a 10 year warranty. AVA believe we cannot continue to use and dispose products as we have become accustomed to. Together we can make products last longer. AVA build products that are made to last and quality has influenced their design since day one. If you take care of your washer with regular service, the service life will increase considerably. After years of fighting with Karcher hoses, this was the part I was looking forward to as the biggest upgrade, but I've got mixed feelings so far. Whats covered? The warranty covers the cost of parts and labor if for example your pressure washers motor, power transmission, or electrical components fail. You can think of it as coverage over all the things not covered via the service kits, where worn down parts such as valves and seals are replaced.
I'm really impressed with this machine, especially at the offer price. It has got great power, a huge range of accessories, a small footprint and is very neat.

The turbo nozzle is the most powerful in AVAs nozzle arsenal. It combines the power of a 0° nozzle with the coverage of a 20° nozzle. The 40 degree nozzle is one of the ones that Ava recommend for car cleaning and it gave a really strong power that felt at least the equal of my old Karcher K5, despite being a portable machine. As I mentioned above, the handling of the hose is the only thing I've been slightly disappointed with, but that might be me expecting too much.As for the Kranzle that's in a whole different league with a whole different price . Start with foaming the area you’re cleaning. Then get up close with the extendable zoom lance to maximize the pressure of the water. Finally, choose a wider nozzle to cover as much area as possible to rinse off.
