About this deal

Once the search completes, you should get a list of all detected software accessing USB devices including NZXT CAM. Take note all of these programs and try disabling them from starting with the Windows software. You can do this either from the options settings within the individual programs or by using the Startup section of the Task Manager in Windows.

The tubing that connects the head unit to the radiator is comprised of a pair of 400mm long hoses. The tubing is an ultra-low evaporation rubber, and from end to end, are covered in nylon braided sleeving. We applaud NZXT for their drive to get better and for their outlook into ways to distinguish their Kraken series from all of the various competitors! We can see where there are times the RGB environments do not play well with each other, and companies certainly benefit from creating an exclusive environment to control it. It makes sense. We have no issues with any of this, and it is the way it works in the real-world. Next come the fans, which in this instance is a pair of Aer P120 fans. These are 120mm by 26mm solutions, which range in speed from 500 to 2000 RPM, driving up to 73.11 CFM per fan! Static pressure is also relatively high at 2.93 mmH2O, and the noise levels are shown not to exceed 36 dBA. These fans spin on a fluid dynamic bearing, sipping power through the 4-pin PWM connections. The fans are said to last for 60,000 hours, which is nearly seven years of life, overextending the six-year warranty!

Đánh giá & Nhận xét Thiết bị tản nhiệt NZXT Kraken X53 (RL-KRX53-01)

HUE 2 Channel Output LED Qty. Up to four LED strips - 10 LEDs per strip, Up to five Aer RGB fans, Up to six HUE 2 accessories In my opinion, this is one instance where they needed fewer hands-on this design, or maybe they needed just one more to point out the obvious. We find there are just too many problems and a couple of them compound as you try to find a solution to what should work out of the box, and it seems the Kraken X53 cannot do what everyone else, including their previous solutions, did and still do! Sometimes change for the sake of change is not the way to go! Keeps a 5800X cool as something cool but this is with an undervolt, once you figure out ur undervolt for ur 5800X it shouldnt peak 75C in the worst case, from my experience.

The biggest advantage that comes with the Kraken X53 isn’t improved, temps. Instead, this is a great cooler if you want less fan noise. The Aer P2 fans that come with the X53 are very quiet, even maxed out, and the pump itself makes much less noise at 100% output than the Wrath Prism and similar air coolers. The PC I installed the X53 in is situated in my living room, and I use it to game on my TV. I like to leave my computer on, and I noticed much less overall fan noise when I was watching a movie or TV show. If you notice any distortions in these colors, this can indicate that a particular channel is failing on the Kraken and would require the cooler to be replaced. For example, a failing Blue channel will cause White to appear as Yellow while a failing Green channel will cause White to appear as Magenta. I've confirmed my Kraken is either failing or defective, what do I do next? Additional notes to consider: All testing was done with the pump set to fixed mode at 100% resulting in a reported speed of 2777 RPM. Also, relying on my motherboard to do precisely what NZXT intended the fans to do may not coexist. Although, our last test put any of that to rest. Final Thoughts Mine came damaged but this was just the fans, the AIO itself was fine. Had it over a year in 2 different PCs and it has served me well.As predicted, I didn’t see a ton of improvement in CPU temps with the X53 over the Wrath Prism. My system idles at around 35C now and maxes out at 73-75C. That averages out to about 3 degrees cooler, which isn’t amazing but is decent for a 240mm AIO. NZXT Kraken X53 Cooler Review | Bottom Line

The most significant improvement the Kraken X53 features is the move to Asetek 7th generation pumps, which operate at 800-2,800 RPM. These new pumps allow for quieter operation over a broader range of speeds, giving Kraken owners the best of both worlds when it comes to noise reduction and performance.Built with an aluminum radiator, the Kraken X53 RGB effectively transfers heat away from the CPU for optimal cooling. The radiator has dimensions of 123 millimeters in width and 275 millimeters in depth, providing a compact and efficient cooling solution. Most PCs running Windows 10 or 11 will likely be the 64-bit version of Windows. If you are unsure as to the version installed on your PC, you can press Windows+R to bring up the Runwindow and run msinfo32. This will be listed as the System Type. If after disabling all other detected programs the Kraken is still not responding in CAM, this could indicate an issue with the USB cable or the USB connection to the Motherboard. If you are using any kind of USB Expansion, Splitter, or Hub within the PC it is recommend to connect the Kraken directly to the Motherboard's internal USB 2.0 header to confirm if the issue is with the Kraken itself or due to this device between the Kraken and the Motherboard. For Kraken M22, X42, X52, and X72 coolers, please connect a Mini USB (Mini-B) to USB Type-A cable from the USB port on the Kraken to any open USB Type-A port on your PC.

The Aer P radiator fans are designed for liquid-cooling perfection. It features a chamfered intake and fluid dynamic bearing that provides silent operations, durability, and powerful cooling performance. Simple Installation

NZXT Kraken X53

The addition of the HUE 2 outgoing lead is the next evolution. We loved the rotatable top, as there have been instances where we have dealt with inverted logos and the like. Installation is simple, and once you have all the connections made, CAM does offer quite a bit to play with, in the RGB lighting department, and you will need it to control the speed of the pump. The Kraken X53 features a 240mm radiator cooled by two Aer P 120mm fans and is excellent for small-to-mid-sized cases. It doesn’t entirely give the cooling performance of its bigger brothers, the X63 (280mm) and X73 (360mm), but it allows for a lot more versatility when it comes to installation. Instead of being relegated to only a top mount, the X53 easily installs into the front (and even rear) of many popular PC cases. A 10% bigger LED ring allows for more vivid RGB. A rotatable top accommodates re-orienting the logo no matter the direction the cooler is installed. Better Control
